Ingredients
- 100g of Scóbis Bio Shiitake Mushrooms
- 1 small onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 walnuts
- 1 half of cottage cheese
- Olive oil (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Preparation
Place the oil on the frying pan and, on medium heat, saute the chopped onion and garlic. Slice the mushrooms and add them to the pan. Take this moment to season them with salt and pepper. Stir them from time to time, for about 8 minutes.
Take them off the heat, and with the help of a food processor (or a blender), puree the mixture. Let it cool down and set it aside.
When it’s cold, add the cottage cheese, and mix it well. Taste it and check if it needs additional seasoning.
Refrigerate the pate until it’s time to serve.
Optionally, you can decorate the pate with crushed walnuts or chopped chives just before serving.
