  • 200g of Scóbis Bio Shiitake Mushrooms
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • Oregano (to taste)
  • Olive oil (to taste)
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt (to taste)

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Place the mushrooms on a baking tin with their stems upwards and season them with salt.

Roast them for about 10 minutes.

While the mushrooms are roasting heat a frying pan with a generous amount of olive oil and add the chopped garlic. Let them simmer for a little while and set them aside.

Retrieve the mushrooms from the oven and mix in the olive oil and garlic mixture.

Sprinkle in some oregano and a dash of lemon juice, mixing everything quite well.

And it’s ready to serve!
