- 400g of Scóbis Bio Lion’s Mane Mushrooms
- 20 medium-sized shrimps
- 12 garlic cloves
- Olive oil (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
- Coriander (to taste)
Heat a generous quantity of olive oil on a frying pan, add the garlic, and the sliced mushrooms, cooking them for about 5 minutes in medium heat. Remove the mushrooms and set them aside.
On the same pan adding more olive oil and garlic if necessary, and saute the shrimp. When they’re golden brown, and while still with the heat on, add the mushrooms, and after mixing them well, it’s ready to be served.
It pairs very well with a tomato salad or steamed vegetables, like carrots or broccoli.
